The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, especially when not in premium category, cater well for an average traveler like me. I received an upgrade to a Spa villa along with discounts for food and beverages and the spa. The direct pool access from the balcony was a great touch, but it would have been even better with game consoles for elder kids. The service was responsive and polite, though a bit more warmth would have been nice. The location, while good and fairly close to the beach, could be a bit remote and challenging to reach. The dining experience was enjoyable with beautiful open-sky candlelight setups, but delivery times were sluggish at times. The facilities overall were satisfying and complemented my stay well.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The upgraded Spa villa was fantastic, facing the courtyard and pool, with great discounts on F & B and Spa services. The service was exceptional, going the extra mile with various amenities. The location was superb, close to all beaches, and the romantic evening music added to the charm. However, the dining experience needed more variety, and the dark road made nighttime travel challenging.
The hotel provided spacious rooms with a small garden view, making the experience even better. However, there were issues with cleanliness and amenities replenishment. The staff was helpful and cooperative, but faced challenges due to high occupancy. The location, although not adequately enclosed leading to water spraying, had a unique touch with fallen mangoes from trees. The dining options were limited, but the quality was superb.
